There's a computer test, then you wait an hour, see a recruiter, wait another hour, see an interviewer, wait another hour then meet with someone else who tells you whether or not you got the job.

They asked, "You try to get on google from your home computer, it's not working, what do you do to try and resolve the problem?"
Fast response time, within a week I had an interview with a very polite interviewer who answered every question I had. Every question I had about the company was answered.

Interview
Arrive at the conduent building and tell security at the front you're there to apply. They'll give you a badge with a number. Someone will come out and do an in person application process asking you questions for qualification. Once done they'll take you back to begin your assessment - two audio tests and a typing test. Then you will go through two interviews.
