The first question that the interviewer will ask you "I really didn't get time to go through your resume, so can you please tell me something about yourself". My advice to that manager and the HR - if you really do not get time to go through a candidate's resume why you ask for it? A candidate spends almost entire of his day for the interview and this is quite frustrating for him to listen to these words from an interviewer. Mr. Manager if you would have attended the interviewing skills training you would have known that this is the basic rule of interview "Not to say this line" that "I didn't get time to go through your resume"

the interview was nice. there were two interviewers , both of them wee pretty nice and chill, overall experience were tense free and chill. It was online interview where most of the questions was with moderate difficulty

Initial HR round where you will be analysed basis on your profile knowledge , might take an assessment and there after manager round in technical knowledge will be judged and negotiations can be done there afterward
