I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent (Chihuahua, Chihuahua) in Oct 2020
Interview
This was a very long process.
I applied at the first week of October, a couple weeks later they called and we did a phone interview, mostly HHRR stuff, questions about my current duties, salary, expectations and experience.
They called after a couple days to let me know they sent me a questionnaire to fulfill with the same questions they asked by phone and asked me to send my cv updated. I fulfilled and sent it by the next day.
During the first weeks of November I sent a follow up email to know if everything was correct or if do they needed any more information on my end, they responded shortly saying that I will be called soon, that I was still on the review process.
By this time on their career dashboard I saw a message that I wasn't selected for the job, so I lost any hope.
Another couple of weeks passed and I received a call from the recruiter she asked more questions and we scheduled another phone interview, this time was with a "Client" of them I assume, I guess that this person was going to be my boss/employer.
This interview was more technical, but we also talked about my experience, and why I want to work with them, the interviewer made me feel like I was a strong candidate, and asked me when I was ready to start.
Nonetheless, the client said I was the first and only person that they were interviewing even though there were multiple positions available.
After the interview I never heard anything from them again.
It was super easy. They asked about the specific duties that would be required to complete I went in and knew I had the job when the interview was over.

Interview
The interview process was very easy! The questions were basic customer service questions. They constantly asked what if questions but again, they were easy. The smoothest interview I have done.
