I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Conduent
Interview
Interview process was all virtual due to COVID-19. Interview process took about 1 week then it’s emails to verify if you are willing to join the company. After that, background check and once that clears, you proceed forward with the company’s handbook and documents to sign by a deadline.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Will you be willing to work etc time(s) they have available?
Very brief interview involved listening to recorded calls and then giving interviewer responses on how you thought they were handled. Also questions about ability to navigate through computer programs. Post-hire it was clear they discriminate against older employees & assume if you're over 35 you're an idiot. Although once they listen to enough of your calls and realize you're more articulate and computer-savvy than they are, they'll steal your phrasing and never give you credit. Revolving-door environment, unacceptable response to Covid-19 allowing supervisors to work from home and forcing CSRs to use sick time/vacation time if they felt work environment was unsafe. Substandard phone system and laughable IT; subcontracting for a state agency making big $$$s with smallest investment possible. Yuck.
The team was very professional and within two weeks I received a job offer. Negotiations on the offer went pretty smooth and I accepted the offer. Interview questions were standard and HR was very informative on the role.
