Fairly straight-forward interview about how to handle frustrated customers and how to navigate the operating system of a cell phone. They make sure you understand you must absolutely have a completely quiet workplace with no electronics, writing utensils, or paper.

Standard interview with three current employees. Basically they did a phone screening and then an in person interview. It was standard with the strengths and weaknesses, areas of improvement, background/history, and what interested me in the position.
