Applied online, theb was sent an interview from the recruiter basically asking when you can start, what experience do you have, what the salary is and if your ok with it, etc. I emailed back per the instructions and didn’t hear back so I called the number on the email. Recruiter that answered was rude and sounded annoyed I called didn’t even say he was with Conduent. He stated he got my email and would get back to me, never heard back.

Interview
Very easy if you know the english AND SECOND LANGUAGE. You will be more confident , if you know language and you had customer service previously. Any experience in customer service will be essential. You also need good English as materials are in English and learning and training will be in English.

Interview
Online application followed by phone interview which was very friendly. An english skills test which was very easy if you have decent proficiency. Face to face interview with team leader who is awesome.
