I applied through the website and a few weeks later was invited via email to take their assessment. Basically a work habits/personality assessment and some basic English, writing and mathematical skills. They also had a customer service simulation where you were asked to perform tasks and answer questions about how you would handle the situation. A recruiter will reach out and have you take a typing and internet speed test and have you email the results back to them. Then they schedule you for a final face to face interview with the recruiter. They will ask you about your work experiences and will expect you to research the core values and mission of the company which is on the website. They will also test you on basic tech support knowledge

The HR contacted me through Naukri.com and asked to attend the interview process the next day. I had some pre-scheduled engagement to meet. Therefore, I mailed the HR and asked her to shift it to any other day. The HR replied within 1-2 days and asked me to give first round MCQ types in hackerearth. After giving that, I got mail from him asking me to contact her for further process. I called but due to network congestion i wasn't able to talk with her. I call the next day for same and she said you are not shortlisted. I asked her the reason and she said, senior recruiter hadn't told me the reason. I asked whether I haven't performed well. She said you perform very well but we are not moving forward.
I really wanted to join this company because of their good review but this is not the way interview process is conducted. You must have a valid reason to decline the candidature of any candidate. And, I can't apply again as in their database I have already given the interview and I am not selected.

Standard process - submit CV by email or other job posting site, followed by a 40 minute interview, which is more about motivation and personal experiences, followed by language test (English for, but can be many others), and then finally interview with Team Leaders/Managers.
