Conduent interview questions

The interview took more than a month. There were three rounds. All the rounds were of quality questions. But the recruitment process is pathetic. Who takes more than one month time for hiring purpose. You font hear from HR for many days. After all my rounds of interview they rejected me. Please improve your HR process.
