Conduent interview questions

First there was brief screening call with the recruiter wherein she explained about the job and company profile in detail. Then a telephonic interview was scheduled with the panel and he also described me in detail about the job responsibilities. Post that, I appeared for a F2F interview in their Noida office. Although I got rejected but i was informed about my interview feedback and recruiter shared details about where I was lacking and areas i can improve. I think that's the best thing which I got from a Recruiter. Even though I was rejected then too I was so positive about Conduent as they care about candidates who find time to give interview with you. I have seen so professional recruiter which updates you on the feedback and even on improvement areas. I would surely would like to work with Conduent in future and would recommend the same to my friends as well.

The recruiter only asked a few simple questions which did not include any situational questions or tricky questions. Also there were no written tests or background checks whatsoever during the process.
