Conduent Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was two parts, one with a hiring manager where you are tested on basic tech knowledge and memory skills, and another where they test your typing speed and accuracy. They are fairly lenient and it was an overall easy process.

I first scheduled a date for the interview that best worked for me. As far as the the interview itself, it was really short and simple. I was only asked a few basic questions before I was offered a role at the company.
