I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Conduent (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2018
Interview
I was sent an email and set up a phone interview via a remote employee. After a few minutes talking about my experience, the job, and a few standard interview questions, I was asked to come to a 1 on 1 interview. A few days later, I went to Conduent. After I was signed in, I was sent into a room with several computers to do an a series of assessments. There were a couple senario assessments, a personality questionnaire, and a typing test. Once I finished those I went back into the waiting area until tbe lady interviewing me was ready. She asked more interview questions about how I would handle certain call types and about times I met a goal. The lady interviewing me was late (just came back from lunch) and was very scripted. Even when calling to offer me a position, she was extremely scripted, sounded like she was reading it for the first time.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Conduent (Columbia, SC) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process was easy and informative. Although, I haven't received a formal rejection letter, found out through a friend an inexperienced personal friend of the CSR Manger actually got the position. The position is over the payment processing team. Sad part is this person did not only fail to meet the basic preferred qualifications on the job posting the only thing that qualified her for the position is having a high school diploma! Now that's sad, looking at who's being handed management position I really don't see this company being long .
