I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Conduent (Iaşi) in Sep 2014
Interview
Very friendly discussion, rather a conversation than an interview. It took only 20 minutes on the clock and I knew at the end that I am a very good candidate for the job. It was an instant click with the employer
Submitted my application in October, did not hear anything until I was invited to an assessment day in London around March.
The assessment day was pretty standard; a few tasks such as numerical/verbal tests, group task, individual interview and an Actuarial task (drafting a letter to a board of trustees given some information on a scenario where a member dies). We also had the opportunity to meet some graduates over lunch.
I was told that I passed the assessment day, Conduent did not communicate with me very well. I got an email from the Edinburgh branch inviting me to an online interview. I did not get offered the position in Edinburgh and it was really bizarre how I never heard back from the London branch, despite the fact I put them as my first choice. Very disorganised.
