Interview
Recruiter was nice. Had to do three separate interviews, all of which happened in a 24 hour period. Head of recruiting is amazing. Recruiters don't have their stuff together. Was interviewed and hired for a sales position. gave false expectations of when the training process would start. didn't hear from anyone for months after i accepted the position. emailed out of the blue one day saying training would start in a few days and to be sure i had internet/phone/etc ready by then. training class was rescheduled three different times. when i finally did start training, they had put me and several others in the customer service class instead of the sales class. i petitioned to be removed. once i was removed, i had to wait an additional two weeks before the sales training class started. once the correct class started, i had to repeat all of the basics all over again (repeat of exactly what i did for the first two weeks of the customer service class). (not complaining. i got paid to sit there and play on my phone since i had already done the training)

Interview
The hiring and interview process was not difficult. Everything was straight forward and fast. First I had to test on the computer, then came the one on one interview. After that my background check was sent off.
