I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Conduent (Bengaluru) in Dec 2017
Interview
I went for a walk-in at their Bangalore office which had one technical and one managerial round. HR asked me few questions related to salary, role etc. Next week I was asked to submit my documents which I sent via email. I was then again called for a client round of interview at their office followed by online coding test which was conducted over skype. I was not expecting a coding round at the last step and also the HR told me that my profile was suitable for senior role. In that case they should have not taken my profile further initially.

Question 1
What was the key challenges faced in your last role and how did you solve them?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Conduent
Interview
Professional, pleasant recruiting and interviewing experience, with promising future and interesting contract to work on. Good reputation of the business globally taking into consideration that the company is young on the market. telephone interview with HR and Hiring Manager. Competency based interview with a talk through the CV and employment history. Received a conditional offer of employment and two weeks after company has withdrawn the offer based on failure to comply with internal checks which were not agreed and reference details were not even submitted by myself. I assume that inaccurate information has been given to the business by someone who might be trying to prevent me to progress. Which I know find unlawful from both sides as it is not been disclosed to me.
So far, the interview process for Tier 1 Tech Support has been absolutely horrendous. I took my assessments over 2 weeks ago, and received an email a few days later from someone asking for me to send in an internet speed test and a list of availability options for me to contacted via phone.
Fast forward over a week, and I have spent almost 5 different days expecting a call. I had literally scheduled exact times for me to be reached and agreed upon with the person I was emailing, only for the calls to never come.
Email after email, I would rarely receive a response giving me any form of update whatsoever, and whenever I would receive an email, it would be completely vague, misspelt, and very short. I was about to just give up altogether until finally I was contacted.
The first interview went well and I thought that I was finally going to be moved along in the process. I was told to expect a second phone interview the next day. Yet, I am still yet to hear anything. I had a set time to expect a call, and have heard nothing.
Apparently, you are not taken seriously at Conduent whatsoever. They do not care about their applicants. Do not waste your time with these people. My experience has been astoundingly unprofessional.
