Conduent interview questions

After the assessment, I received an email to select a time for the phone interview over the next 3 business days, I selected my available times but I never received a call so I had to email my recruiter , he apologized and the next day I had my interview (lasted 20 mins) questions in regards to how I would show empathy and my experience.2 interview was an webcam interview, lasted about 20 mins as well, asked technical questions, pretty simple. After the interview , 3 mins later I received a phone call and email that I got the job.
