Conduent Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

First, you had to pass an assessment on the computer that tested your typing, listening, and bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish. Second, you do an interview with the main supervisor. Third, you do a last interview as far as your personal point of view on different employment scenarios (eg, Is it acceptable for an employee that does a no call no show?)

It was easy going, short and to the point. There was no grilling and interviewer was friendly and not intimidating. It was an in-person interview with one person. The interviewer was covering up for the manager who was supposed to take the interview initially but was not present at that time
