I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent (Lubbock, TX) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview was conducted virtually and it went pretty smoothly. I was asked a few questions about troubleshooting my device like where would I go if I’m having some internet connection issue, something like that. It was great!

Question 1
Where would you go on your device if you’re having connection issue?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Conduent in Sep 2020
Interview
I had one screening call and then I was schduled and passed around to several levels of team members from very junior to the most senior. It was very confusing and sometimes the departments were completely different. So much so I did not know what department or position I was applying for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent (Stonington, ME) in Sep 2022
Interview
I received a text from a recruiter and set a telephone call for the following Monday at 1:15pm. The recruiter never called. I texted her at 1:20 to confirm I didn’t misunderstand and needed to call her. No response. I emailed the recruiting email on their website and they responded back after an hour or so saying they’d have her reach out. She finally texted me back after 3pm and said she tried to call. I did not have any missed calls and was sitting with my phone on my lap. My Apple Watch didn’t go off either. We agreed to another call at 4:45pm. NO call! Clearly texting between us worked, so if there were issues with the call, a need to reschedule etc why not have common courtesy to text me? I ended up emailing the company and told them to withdraw my name from the job as I was no longer interested in working for their company and included a screenshot of my text conversations with their recruiter as proof of our conversation.
