I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Conduent (Baltimore, MD) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interviewers were very nice, but the working conditions they described did not seem favorable. They said that while it is not mandatory, overtime is strongly encouraged. They said that some employees will work shifts of fifteen or sixteen hours, with them leaving work at midnight only to come back again at 8 a.m. for another full day of work. They mentioned that as if it was completely normal.
They also mentioned they have quotas. When I asked if overtime hours pay at a higher rate, one of the interviewers initially said that it doesn't, but then corrected herself a few sentences later and said that it pays time-and-a-half, but also mentioned something about how one might not actually get that rate if he doesn't submit enough work. From this, I'm assuming that they'll assign harsh work quotas, pressure the employees into working overtime to meet them, and then not actually pay an overtime rate despite employees working over eight hours because they only met their quota without exceeding them
