Conduent Senior Software Engineer interview questions

It was walk-in for .Net Developer. Interview was Good. First round is written technical rest based on C#, Asp.Net, and Oracle queries. Second and third round is technical Face to face interview. Fourth round was managerial then HR for salary negotiation. They took 20 days to give offer letter. Salary negotiation with HR is difficult because she's very rude.

It was walk-in interview on 1,2,3 Nov-2017. I went for the interview on 2nd Nov. The HR has arranged a panel to take the interview after waiting for 1 hrs though only 4 candidate were there for interview. I have given first round of interview. It went very well and I have been said for 2nd round but for second round the HR (Mukul Kashyap) said me to wait for 1.30 -2 hrs as panel was not available there to take 2nd round of interview. After half an hour he came and said me to leave and come after an hours and make confirmation in the call from him before coming. I did the same and call the HR he said panel was still not available and he said me to come next day. I didn't get any call next day till 4 in the evening, after that I called him, I got as reply that I have not cleared the 1st round though before one day he already informed me that I have cleared the 1st round. I asked the reason he replied that due to some issue (their side, might he was not able to arrange the panel) he is not able to schedule . I have completely surprised that how it can be possible that on day of interview I have been said that I have cleared the round and next day HR is giving some reason. Although, my interview went very well and I was sure about that to clear it. Also HR is openly asking for current ctc and expected ctc and trying to negotiate in front of other candidate too. this was so cheap. He should not be the HR of any organization. Please don't go for this kind of walk-ins.
