Conduent Technical Support Representative interview questions

There are 3 interviews. The first with a recruiter is just to tell you about the job. The second with another recruiter is a phone interview and goes over customer service type questions. The third is with a hiring manager which is more in depth and asks you not only customer service but technical questions as well. This interview is on video. I found this process to be a useless waste of my time. The hiring manager was completely unprofessional and kept using a towel to wipe his head I assume because he was hot. He also seemed frustrated with the company and spoke poorly about it. He was angry and showed a lack of professionalism I have never seen in an interview. Regardless I would decline any offer as I feel this is not a good company to work for.
