Conduent Transaction Processor interview questions

The interview process was brief and simple. I sat down with the operations manager and he asked basic interview questions about my experiences and gave me a quick overview of the position I was applying for.

It was short and the interviewer did not seem very educated on the jobs subject matter in the least bit. They had a scripted 6 question process that they used each and every time. They didn't accurately describe the overall position that you'd be in nor the amount of hours required during busy season as they were afraid they would scare everyone off. After getting settled into the actual position you could quickly gather what time of job it would be. Having a better understanding going in may help overall retention of FTE's.
