Interview
It was a very quick process. One phone call with the Sr. Director and then an interview with the outgoing TA manager. I wasn't asked any questions about my background or how I felt that I could do the job during the 1:1 interview. I was shown their systems and then the interview was over.

None, I was given a conversation on how the outgoing manager improved the position to make the job easier. I wasn't asked about my experience nor my ability to adapt to the role.
