Initial screening call from recruiter, then interview arranged on teams/zoom. Lots of follow up prior to the interview by the recruiter and then no feedback for several weeks followed by several emails asking for my current status but still no feedback on position or timescales for decision - always pending a discussion with decision makers which never seems to be made.
