Nach einer Initiativbewerbung für ein Praktikum bei DB Schenker in der Geschäftsstelle in Frankfurt wurde relativ schnell ein Termin zum Vorstellungsgespräch vereinbart.
Es war eine sehr angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Ansprechpartnerin war freundlich und hat Fragen über meinen CV gestellt und wollte Gründe wissen, warum ich ausgerechnet bei DB Schenker ein Praktikum machen möchte.

Interview
Very smooth and fast. The interviewer was also very transparent with their feedback. I was endorsed to the hiring manager within the same day I had my initial interview with the recruiter. They mainly focused on my experience. I also appreciated how they described the role and consistently asks me if I would be okay or comfortable with the role requirements.

How comfortable/proficient are you in using Excel/Sheets?
just a zoom call with two interviewers, where they asked basic questions so that they can get to know you and your previous experiences, as well as your working attitude.
Direct interview with the Manager, scrutinized every single line of your resume and questioned every part of it. Had two interview in totality only, one HR and one direct reporting Manager.
