DB Schenker interview questions

General chat about the job role, what it entails, working hours, about the business such as what it does, when it was founded who founded it and we spoke about computer use and benefits of the company such as 10 working days holiday a year

As a temp, I had to go through an interview with the company (as well as a drug / and TSA background check). It's likely I'll have to do so again if offered a position (permanent) position. I sat in a meeting room with a supervisor and two other employees (either senior employees to a sub-team or supervisors themselves), who asked questions of me. With that said, this process focuses on problem solving, prioritizing, and work quality (as well as reading a LOT of emails)! If you've done these things before (mentioned in the last sentence) well, you should be a shoe-in. They do particularly look for experience (preferably in management)
