I applied online. I interviewed at DB Schenker (Singapur) in Mar 2017
Interview
Average interview where the interviewer will ask about our experience and share with us about the job scope. It was a friendly interview where we are free to express any concern we have.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DB Schenker (Nuneaton, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
General chat about the job role, what it entails, working hours, about the business such as what it does, when it was founded who founded it and we spoke about computer use and benefits of the company such as 10 working days holiday a year
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DB Schenker (Schaumburg, IL)
Interview
As a temp, I had to go through an interview with the company (as well as a drug / and TSA background check). It's likely I'll have to do so again if offered a position (permanent) position. I sat in a meeting room with a supervisor and two other employees (either senior employees to a sub-team or supervisors themselves), who asked questions of me.
With that said, this process focuses on problem solving, prioritizing, and work quality (as well as reading a LOT of emails)! If you've done these things before (mentioned in the last sentence) well, you should be a shoe-in. They do particularly look for experience (preferably in management)
