first we have a programming test and then we have a group work which requires 10 people to build a tower with lego without talking to each other. All we can use is hand gesture.

hiring process base on paper work and interview with HR & user interview process divided into 2 session, first by HR, if they are OK then 2nd interview held by final user. the opposite works. asking for the salary expectation also.
