Only interviewer is the hiring manager, asked to rank basic data science skills such python proficiency on a scale from 1 to 10, without explaining or supporting with past experience. Soon after they sent the rejection email. Duration is 10minutes and interviewer was late by 15 to 20 minutes. There was no opportunity to 'fail' the interview with such a format but they sent me the rejection email soon after. So clearly they had something in mind.

1 verkennend gesprek, daarna een technische opdracht. Je kreeg de opdracht te horen en 3 uur later moest je deze presenteren. Daarna kozen ze degene die de presentatie en de opdracht het beste hadden gedaan.

Recruiter called after finding me on LinkedIn, asked about my expertise, backed off after knowing salary expectations. Not sure what kind of “data scientist” they were looking for. It seemed recruiter was expecting me to take a pay cut and go back to analyst salary for “DHL brand”.
