I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DHL Express (Erlanger, KY) in Sep 2016
Interview
I walked in, said I wanted a job, two weeks later I was in orientation. The interview's a joke. They will hire anyone who can pass a background check and a drug test. I "interviewed" three feet from someone else who was also being interviewed by another recruiter, while two more people waited outside. It's like a factory, just churning people through.

Question 1
What are you hoping to gain from your experience with DHL?
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DHL Express (Erlanger, KY) in Nov 2015
Interview
Went in filled out application. Within minutes I was speaking in an interview and a few minutes later I was being led out. The interviewer had discouraged me from working there. I felt he had shot down my abilities within the first 5 minutes of talking to me. I felt he was a little rude. I felt he wasn't very understanding that it can be hard and stressful coming back to work after a year unemployed. I stated that I would only like to work part time to get my body back in working shape, to which he replied you may only get a week of training then be expected to lift 50+ pounds on a consistent basis though out the day. I was very insulted.
easy to answer questions. friendly. HR is friendly. great place to be physical if you want to stay in shape...tough at first to get on a sleep schedule. liked it a lot but needed more money and get back into what i really wanted to do.
