anage and lead the supply chain operations of spares from warehouse to various operational users and the returns of the unserviceable or excess items back to warehouse processing Lead operations by example to ensure high discipline in process adherence in all functions of warehouse through outsourcing of the warehouse operations to 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Manage the processes of the Customer Owned parts from receipts, quality inspection, issuance, returns and dispatch Manage the excess return spares from various operational users back to warehouse Manage and process of the scrap materials for mutilation and disposition Manages target inventory levels in warehouse and space maximization of all the warehouse location including the flammable and chemical store Work with operation supervisor to strengthen operations knowledge and capability of inhouse and 3PL staff Effective prioritization and deployment of resources including machines, people, space to achieve the output required Conduct budget planning and monitoring of expense to ensure budgetary targets are met
