DHL Express interview questions

Following the resume screening process, candidates will participate in a behavioural online assessment designed to evaluate their suitability for the role, which will be followed by a final interview for selection.

Technical Round (1 hour) Case study based on analyzing sales data trends and suggesting improvements. Few SQL queries and scenario-based Excel problem-solving. Interviewer was professional but asked probing follow-up questions to check thought process. Managerial Round (45 mins) Situational questions: conflict resolution, working under tight deadlines, handling cross-functional projects. Focused on leadership qualities and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
