DHL Express Operations Supervisor interview questions

The interview was laid back, one on one just going over my resume and talking about the position. The hiring recruiter seemed very interested and I enjoyed the entire process. The interviewer had a few questions for me and I answered the questions to the best of my ability. Overall the interview was enjoyable.

Behavioral Interview asking specific questions about what you would do in given situations with employees. They wanted to know about my background & how it could help in the current position I am applying for.
