Very short interview, seemed like they didn't have enough time to actually be hiring. the interview is competency based and you will be asked examples to back each up. I can imagine it's a stressful place to work because I definitely got that vibe in the interview. I asked about reporting lines and structure and neither 2 ladies had a clue....but they both are management in HR, seemed strange to me.

I applied online. I interviewed at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview was very straightforward. The first stage was a speed typing test. Then was the phone interview. Questions asked were mostly about the company's background, logistics' terms and the willingness to work on shifts. Was given a chance to ask questions and they were answered with a straightforward answer. For example about our career progress, what to expect from the company etc.
