I recently interviewed with DXC Technology and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After clearing the first round, I was scheduled for a second-round interview with the project manager. However, the interview date was changed three different times, which already raised concerns about their coordination and professionalism.
On the day of the final scheduled interview, I joined the meeting on time, but instead of proceeding, I received a call on my mobile informing me that the job requirements had changed and they would not be taking my second-round interview anymore. This last-minute cancellation, after multiple reschedulings, felt highly unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for the candidate’s time and effort.
Overall, this experience reflected poorly on DXC Technology’s hiring process. Clear communication and professionalism are basic expectations, especially from a reputed company, and I hope they improve this for future candidates.
