General round>>>> technical round >>> HR discussion and then then the documents verification was done and then we got selected in the dxc company also my all colleague went through the same process and this process is not so difficult
First a test to evaluate your tech strenghts (easy), then HR interview with presentation in English on a topic that interests you, then you get a manager call. Pretty long process but to the point.
Firstly ask me introduce myself, then start ask questions ,ask my experience, technical details, past employment history, expected salary range, if would like to work Remotely, some really detailed technical questions
Went smooth and had great help from HR. HR helped me in every process and was really supportive. Got placed and my training is also good, pay is also decent. I hope everything goes well
