Interview
This has been a Hell of an experience interviewing with DXC. I was approached by a recruiter from DXC while different person mailed me for scheduling of interview. My interview got scheduled on 8th of June. Post my interview I was informed by recruiter (that too when I called her regularly) that my interview has been cleared and further HR will call for offer discussion. But I never got a call. I called multiple times stating this, she always replied with false promises that you will get a call today or tomorrow any how. That day is yet to come. I had no mail response for confirming that my interview has went well. Nor saying that it is a NO from DXC.
I felt dejected and mentally harassed after these many follow ups.
I am writing this here, to highlight the issue to higher management. At least one can diagnose this internally. Rest I have already decided to pull out from interview process.
HR Interview about 1 hr its easy all in english
Technical Interview about 2 hrs about java basic , oop , database and design patterns , no algorithms , its fine interview in english and arabic
The interview process is start directly with Tech Interview, with coding test for about 30 minutes and tech question for 30 minutes.
Simple algorithm test for live coding.
The interviewer was nice and explain the question in detail

Interview
Iter durato circa 2 mesi.
2 colloqui conoscitivi, 2 colloqui tecnici, 1 colloquio HR.
Dopo l'ultimo con l'HR mi è stato detto che gli ero piaciuto e l'iter era stato positivo. Mi è stato chiesto di condividere la mia busta paga (in chiaro, con tutti i dati, per salvarla sulla loro piattaforma) e sarei stato ricontattato per offerta.
Poi son spariti. Passato 1 altro mese ho chiesto feedback mi è stato detto che "non avevano reputato il mio profilo adatto".
Al di la della poca professionalità, mostratevi piu' disponibili se richiedete ai candidati di impegnare così tanto tempo nell'iter e soprattutto di condividere dati sensibili .
