The interview process was via MS teams Video call. 2 panelist. General introduction, details about CV, reason for change, notice period etc, technical software used. Asked about day to day role and challenges.

Well the quality of interviews was good but there was a lack of coordination among Hiring team and managers and thus feedback & interviews were quite delayed and not only this, there was confusion in outcomes. And one thing that surprised me was that the team proceeded for interviews without sufficient budget
