For Japanese Speaker position, you will be going through two interviews. Unfortunately I can't remember if they are dependent on each other. First interview is for technical knowledge, and the second for language and personality. The talent acquisition staff will liaise with you on your interview dates, so the process shouldn't take long. For me, the whole process from interview to result announcement took just two weeks.
