Assessment Centre with other grads. An online then in person interview, having to answer situational questions then present a presentation about something am interested in. Follow up email offering the job.
consisted of AC with loads few people, we were doing presentations and group work to see how we worked together. We then had individual interviews where we presented a DXC project
