Interviewed on immediate joiner basis.
I was interviewed for Business analyst role. Where they asked few case study based question, few logical, few general BA etc..
I cleared the interview process and HR initially said I cleared interview and they are ok to release offer letter by next day and then started mouse rat chase. I followed up with HR regularly for almost 2 weeks for offer letter and then one fine day I got a call stating client has put the position on hold for next few weeks, please plan accordingly. It clearly means these people don't respect other people's time. Maybe we are in need of jobs or in dire need of job but you people don't have right to waste a person's time on any grounds. If I wasn't selected you should have clearly rejected profile. Why 2 weeks of continuous follow up and then all of sudden position is put on hold. What does this all mean?
Anyone going for interview with dxc do record interviews and calls from your end as well to use it in future. These people don't respect time of others and it may repeat with anyone .
