Interviewer was good to me. We have to wait in the lobby until our chance occurs. Questions asked were both technical and casual to which i could answer well. The process went smoothly
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at DXC Technology (Bengaluru) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interviewer was so chill and was really friendly. He asked me basic level question as I was a fresher at that time. I answered all the questions properly .Then he asked about final year project and I did it so well that it helped me to explain it beautifully. Overall nice experience .
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DXC Technology (Manila, ) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview was not that hard since the questions are common and easy to answer. I really enjoy expressing myself during interview because it is much more on casual scenario and not too formal.
Honestly, everything goes well not until they throw me a question about my political views. Since they asked, I answered it in a proper and safest way because I know that we might have different views regarding this matter.
It's been a month since I was interviewed but I haven't gotten an update from the interviewer. That's why I thought that my answer to the question they threw at me might not be favorable to them.
Because of this incident, I just want to convey my message or suggest to the management of recruiting team that you should rid off political as well as religious topic from your interview, because those two topics are endlessly debated and seems nothing to do in the company. I know that there are many current events out there and that is something we should focus on.
