I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Daikin (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
The interview was done quite straight forward. And it was online. HR contacted within 1 week after application. The process mostly rely on the hiring manager weather they are interested in you or not. HR personnel was just a bridge during the session
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Daikin (Oostkamp, West Flanders) in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied for the position in June, the entire process took five months and was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It involved an HR screen, online assessment, multiple interviews, and a final interview, but communication was very poor throughout. Replies to my emails often took weeks, sometimes a month, and updates were scarce.
When it came to the final interview, the company failed to accommodate my challenges to come onsite despite clear communication on my end. I offered to do a virtual interview, but they insisted on in-person and repeatedly rescheduled the interview month after month. Eventually, the interview invite was canceled with no prior communication and I received an automated rejection with no feedback.
There was a clear lack of communication and responsiveness throughout the process. An extremely frustrating experience. I would hesitate to recommend applying.
