It was a normal interview process and a polite discussion about my skills, my experience and my targets in my professional career. It was very important for them to understand how I could help the company succeed in their mission.

I applied through LinkedIn. Later (few weeks) HR called me and explain about the job roles and then send email to me to attend a video interview. Basically record myself and answer the pop up questions. Based on glassdoor, many candidates state that the questions are general and some of them share the question. But for me, just 2 question is general and the others are more about the job roles and define terms that related to the job. I not very prepared for them and I guess I messed up. At least I learnt my lesson and will be more prepared onto another interview.
3 round, HR and manager, Final interview is in Oostend headquater, there is a on-line SHL test including verbal, numerical, inductive and personality test, which cost about 2 hour. The inductive test is most difficult.
