I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DataArt in Dec 2017
Interview
First interview part was English test, because I'm foreign speaker. Second - technical phase. Third phase is interview with client. Before last one, the DataArt's team advised me about what I should expect and even made for me mock interview.

Interview
It took them almost a month to reach a decision on my application. While the long wait itself wasn't necessarily the issue - and in some cases can be understandable - the real problem was the recruiter and her confusing and inconsistent communication style. She sent mixed signals, saying things like, "We have a final candidate, stay tuned," and "The next steps will be tomorrow." In reality, "tomorrow" turned out to be five days later, and the so-called "final candidate" remained a vague, undefined person. I ended up waiting almost a week for a very important piece of information: that the final candidate was actually not me.
