Dell Technologies Customer Service Representative interview questions

The process from addressing the HR manager, scheduling a brief interview, and the subsequent interview proceeded very professionally. The communication was pleasant, open, and all necessary details were conveyed to me.

First round screening interview with a recruiter. She liked me so I was able to skip the round where I recorded a question. Last round was three different rounds split up in one day. Two interviews with a Manager for the Sales Academy and one with the Director. The last round included a quick discovery phone call roleplay.
