Dell Technologies Customer Service Representative interview questions

Spoke with recruiter then spoke with hiring manager over the phone. No in person meetings, all zoom. They both conducted Conversational interviews, neither included any behavioral questions. They decided to go with a more experienced candidate. Overall a good experience with solid communication.

The process took a long time, but the interviews were very positive, I recommend being prepared of their products and services, The first interview is in English and then the second and third are in Spanish.
