Dell Technologies Inside Sales Representative interview questions

It was a very straight forward easy process. Started with an email from the recruiter about the interview. Met with a 3 person panel interview followed up with another 3 person panel interview. It was very conversational and there were no technical questions. Interview is focued on a someone who is a hunter and not a gatherer, someone who focuses on asking questions and finding the customers NEEDS. and knows how to be proactive and not reactive,

The interview lasted approximately 15 minutes. I sat down with two sales coaches and we discussed my previous employment experience, my ability to learn new systems, and my familiarity with the contractor role at Dell. The two sales coaches conducting the interview were friendly, and clearly explained the role I would be fulfilling.
