Dell Technologies Inside Sales Representative interview questions

The first interview was a phone screening, which happened a few weeks after applying on the company website. The interviewing process was fairly easy. It was for an entry level sales position. The questions were basic sales questions and the interviewers seemed satisfied without further probing. I was offered a job within a few days.

Got an interview by an employee referral. Applied online for the position initially and then received a phone call to schedule the interview. Interviewed with two managers at Dell. They were very professional and easy to talk to. The interview was more of a conversation, as dialogue went back and forth. Advice to others is to be yourself and completely honest. Don't focus as much on giving the answers you think they would want to hear...speak your mind and show them how you're different. If you are confident in your skills and abilities then they will be too.
