Interview
Recruiter call then phone screen required coding over the phone plus on site. One interviewer didn't have the depth to understand a classic algorithm. often, they want you to find the answer they had in mind that is (they think) the one true smart solution.

The interview I had was mostly behavioral, this was for an internship. Most of the questions were based on their core values, so prepare according to that. I had a hard time since I was not good with interviews in general.
