A preliminary phone interview with Staff Management to review your qualifications, if you pass that, move to a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. Questions are direct but fair and you are giving opportunity to expound on your answers, minimal time to ask questions of your own. Very difficult to decipher the hiring process, but it is a coveted company to work for.

3-5 rounds of face to face interview with hiring manager and XFN leads. Mostly behavioral type of questions. Depending on your interviewer, some questions may be tricky especially as it gets to a more senior person
Fue en 3 pasos, inicial del reclutador, luego la de la empresa y por último la del cliente. Todo el proceso fue muy fluido y agradable. La entrevista estuvo dirigida a las competencias requeridas, y tanto el 2do como el 3er entrevistador se encargaron de validarla
