I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (San Salvador) in May 2007
Interview
The whole process was very efficient and fast. The interview was 1x1 and was very dinamic and focused on a work-life balance, so I consider that to be very good. The only thing is that I had originally dropped in my resume to get an interview for whatever position they had available but I didn't know what position they had selected me for until I was hired, and was only given the job title - which was not listed specifically as "sales representative" by the way but "Superqueue representative"- and was not actually explained that my job was going to be to sell until I started training. So that was very disorienting.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
There were two interview rounds: the first with a recruiter, which was straightforward, and the second with the manager. My second-round interview was relaxed and conversational, though outcomes depend on the manager’s decision.
Was simple just the recruiter and then one interview with a sales manager and would get an offer out to almost anyone that applied for the job, after that an offer was extended a few days after the interview
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Tokio)
Interview
After submitting a CV, I had three interviews. First with HR, second and third with managers. I think I went to the office for the last intervies. One interview took around 30 minutes in average.

Question 1
Because it was my first job after graduating from university, the questions were mostly about what I wanted to do in the future.
